  • Clinic Address: 375 Bishops Way, Brookfield, WI 53005 Job Summary As a Behavior Treatment Technician, you will provide one-on-one support to clients during therapy sessions, implementing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • You will play a critical role in helping individuals develop adaptive behaviors, social skills, and independence.
  • Key Responsibilities Summary: Direct Client Support: Provide 1:1 behavioral support, implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and assist clients in developing essential life skills.
  • Data Collection & Observation: Track client progress, record behavior data, and identify patterns to inform treatment strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Maintain open communication with supervisors, caregivers, and team members while providing updates on client progress.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure therapy plans are followed, adhere to company policies, and complete necessary documentation.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and participate in required training and development opportunities.
  • Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • Prior experience in ABA or working with children required. Experience with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is strongly preferred.
