Market context

California Montessori preschool roles stay competitive

In California, Lead Preschool Teacher roles are often competitive because schools look for Montessori training, experience with ages 3–6, and alignment with child-led teaching. This posting is especially notable because the requirements and benefits are AI-summarized from the original job description, helping you review the role faster without extra research. If you are considering applying, confirm whether you already hold a Montessori diploma or are eligible for sponsored certification, and be ready to discuss your classroom experience with young children.
