Strength and Conditioning Teacher
Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Upper School Principal
Overview This is a ten (10) month teaching position that is responsible for directing assigned programs and services for upper school. This position is responsible for effective instruction and leadership in his/her classroom. A faculty member is expected to aid Hebron Christian Academy in achieving its mission. A commitment to excellence and unparalleled customer service is needed and is the expectation of all Hebron employees.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Kinesiology or a related field

Essential
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strength Training
- Will work with PE Department Lead and Strength Training Lead to provide oversight for each of the Strength Training classes offered during the school day.
- Coaching
- Will coach a minimum of two sports at the direction of the Athletic Director, with a significant leadership role in at least one of those sports.

- Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer or standing to teach.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the school and other facilities as needed.
