- Responsibilities): Provide individual counseling & mentoring, small group interventions, and general programming designed to promote social & emotional learning for Club youth Collaborate with Club families, staff & leadership, and community partners to provide trauma-responsive services for all Club Youth Provide field supervision to student interns from the University of Tennessee College of Social Work and/or other universities Build & maintain partnerships with community agencies, organizations, and stakeholders

- RESPONSIBILITY: Maintain up to date, organized and confidential documentation Assist program director with grant management tasks by maintaining accurate and timely reports, outcomes measures, photographs and other data as needed Assist in program needs assessments, evaluations, and proposal writing as needed

- Skills/Knowledge
- REQUIRED: Masters of Social Work Degree from an accredited college or university One-year experience required; LMSW encouraged Commitment & compliance with the NASW Code of Ethics and Values Commitment to Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley mission & core values Ability to work both independently on projects and in a team setting Experience working with youth and knowledge of youth development strategies Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to support members, families, and staff in crisis or high priority situations Proficient in Microsoft
