Job description

Description Crosspoint Christian School is seeking a Secondary Teacher who is a committed follower of Jesus and passionate about guiding students through a critical season of academic, personal, and spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will create an engaging, structured classroom that challenges students to think critically, grow in independence, and develop a strong foundation for their future.

As a member of the Gateway OneTeam, you will support and demonstrate an understanding of the church’s mission: Presenting Hope and Developing People. Possessing a character that reflects biblical godliness, demonstrating a meaningful personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and active involvement in a local body of Christian believers are key qualifications.

Salary Range: $36,000-$58,569/annually Work Location: Bremerton Campus

Support the development of the “whole student” through intentional relationships and mentorship. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and support students at varying levels of readiness. Partner with families through clear, consistent communication regarding student progress and classroom expectations.
