Job description

Description Crosspoint Christian School is seeking a Secondary Teacher who is a committed follower of Jesus and passionate about guiding students through a critical season of academic, personal, and spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will create an engaging, structured classroom that challenges students to think critically, grow in independence, and develop a strong foundation for their future.

As a member of the Gateway OneTeam, you will support and demonstrate an understanding of the church’s mission: Presenting Hope and Developing People. Possessing a character that reflects biblical godliness, demonstrating a meaningful personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and active involvement in a local body of Christian believers are key qualifications.

Job Status: Full-time, 9-11 months Exempt Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $36,000-$58,569/annually Work Location: Bremerton Campus

Create a structured, respectful classroom environment that promotes student ownership, accountability, and a positive learning culture. Support the development of the “whole student” through intentional relationships and mentorship. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and support students at varying levels of readiness. Prepare students for future success by building strong study habits, communication skills, and personal responsibility. Partner with families through clear, consistent communication regarding student progress and classroom expectations. Integrate faith meaningfully into instruction and classroom culture, modeling Christ-centered character and guiding students in biblical truth. Contribute to a strong secondary culture, including involvement in school events, collaboration with colleagues, and student life.
