Description Crosspoint Christian School is seeking an Elementary Teacher who is a committed follower of Jesus and passionate about building strong academic and spiritual foundations in young learners. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, structured, and engaging classroom that fosters curiosity, growth, and a love of learning.

As a member of the Gateway OneTeam, you will support and demonstrate an understanding of the church’s mission: living the Jesus-centered mission. A character reflecting biblical godliness, a meaningful personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and active involvement in a local church are essential.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities Build strong academic foundations in literacy, math, and core subjects through engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction. Create a nurturing, structured classroom environment where students feel known, safe, and motivated to learn. Develop the “whole child” academically, socially, and spiritually through daily routines, relationships, and intentional discipleship. Differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of learning needs and support early skill development. Partner closely with families, maintaining consistent communication and supporting student growth at home and school. Integrate faith naturally throughout the day, modeling Christ-centered character and guiding students in biblical truth. Contribute to a positive elementary culture, including events, collaboration, and school community engagement. Education Level: Bachelor's degree required. Current WA State teaching certificate or ACSI certification.
