Fidelia Counseling Services is seeking dedicated Therapeutic Mentors to provide one-on-one, strength-based support to youth. This is a contract position focused on coaching social skills and emotional regulation. We take pride in supporting our local community through culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
Requirements: & Qualifications
Work Eligibility
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- International
- Students: We welcome applications from international students, provided they are fully aligned with U.S. government work requirements (such as holding a valid EAD, OPT, or CPT authorization).
- Language
- Skills: Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly recommended.
Transportation
A reliable vehicle is required for community-based work.
Age: Must be 21 years of age or older Education:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a human services field (preferred).
Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with children or adolescents.

- Work closely with "wraparound" service teams (ICC and Family Partners).

Position Details
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099).
Compensation
