We are searching for someone with experience with dealing with ISPs. Also, have technical knowledge by understanding of the ODP behavioral support standards and interventions.

• We are looking for a Behavioral Specialist with amazing communication skills with with families, DSPs, and supervisors along with team leadership is a part of the role.
• Ability to mentor DSPs and caregivers in behavioral strategies.
• Person-centered service delivery and respect for dignity.
• Accurate documentation and adherence to ODP timelines.
• Dependability, flexibility, and confidentiality.
• Effective prioritization and scheduling of sessions.
• Crisis Management with swift responses to behavioral crises.

State Police check. Experience implementing behavioral interventions and collecting data. FBA. Strong communication and documentation skills.
