  • Job Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with students during before-school care hours.

Welcome students as they arrive and ensure a smooth transition into the school day.

Assist with quiet morning activities such as reading, light games, or homework completion.

Monitor student behavior and ensure safety and well-being at all times.

Uphold and model Catholic values in interactions with students, staff, and parents.

Communicate effectively with the Before Care Coordinator, teachers, and parents.

Help prepare and organize the care space before and after use.

Follow school policies and procedures, including emergency and safety protocols.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience working with children in a school, camp, or childcare setting preferred.

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Warm, patient, and consistent in interactions with students.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Practicing Catholic preferred, but not required.
