  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
  • Collect and record behavioral data accurately
  • Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
  • Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday
  • Full-time clinic-based position Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong communication and professionalism required
