Infant Assistant Teacher – Early Childhood Classroom

The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a certified Infant Assistant Teacher to support daily routines in our infant classroom. This role helps create a calm and nurturing environment where infants feel secure while developing early communication and sensory skills.

Key Responsibilities

Support feeding, diapering, and nap routines Assist with sensory learning activities and classroom engagement Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Support classroom supervision and transitions Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Qualifications
