Lead Infant Teacher – Early Learning Classroom

The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a certified Lead Infant Teacher to guide our infant classroom and support children during their earliest stages of development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants build secure relationships, explore sensory experiences, and begin early communication development.

We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates joining our teaching team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision Plan and implement developmentally appropriate sensory learning activities Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom structure Observe and document developmental milestones Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and progress Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required Prior infant classroom experience strongly preferred Experience leading or supporting an infant classroom preferred Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving practices Reliable, collaborative, and nurturing teaching approach
