The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a nurturing and reliable Infant Toddler Teacher to support children during their earliest stages of development. This role focuses on creating a safe, responsive, and structured classroom environment where infants and young toddlers can grow, explore, and build foundational skills.

Our infant and toddler program emphasizes consistent routines, meaningful interactions, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

What You’ll Do: Provide attentive, responsive care in a safe and nurturing classroom

Implement engaging activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum to support language, motor, and social-emotional development

Maintain individualized routines including feeding, diapering, rest time, and sensory play

Encourage early independence and positive peer interactions

Communicate daily with families regarding routines and developmental milestones

Partner with co-teachers and leadership to maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required: Minimum 6 months of infant or toddler classroom experience (1 year preferred)

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices

CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain
