Job description

Responsibilities

  • Complete required QSAC orientation.
  • Ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals.
  • Conduct formal and informal assessments of educational programs and behavior interventions.
  • Supervise Teacher’s Assistants/Aides and participate in the implementation of educational programs and behavior interventions.
  • Implement and adhere to IEP/Student Program.
  • Supervise and implement completion of program/student documentation.
  • Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Teacher’s Assistants/Aides.
  • Complete and maintain training requirements.
  • Complete required program documentation/certifications (e.g. Employee Medicals, PPD, CPR, etc. as required).
  • Interact/communicate with parents, college interns, professionals, and other interested visitors.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance is expected.
  • Maintain participant/family confidentiality.
  • Commitment to company values and adherence to policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.

Hourly Rate

$23.00-$29.00 - Commensurate with level of certification, education, experience and ABA credentials (if applicable).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any concentration, but highly preferred in fields such as Education, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Certification in General Education
  • Experience with Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
  • Ability to run.
  • Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items.
  • Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others and individuals served.
