  • The Summer Camp Aide assists camp counselors and program staff in providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for campers.
  • Responsibilities include supervising children, helping with activities, setting up equipment, and supporting daily camp operations.Job Responsibilities Assist counselors with supervising campers during activities, meals, and transitions Help organize and lead games, arts and crafts, sports, and recreational activities Ensure campers follow camp rules and safety procedures Set up, clean, and maintain activity areas and supplies Provide positive encouragement and support to campers Help monitor attendance and assist with camper check-in/check-out Respond appropriately to minor conflicts and report concerns to supervisors Support staff during field trips and special events Maintain a clean and organized camp environment Job Requirements Enjoy working with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Responsible, dependable, and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Previous childcare or volunteer experience preferred but not required The Archdiocese of St.
