• Role: Where Insight Meets Impact This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Focus

• Treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments
• Caseload: As the company grows, so does your caseload. You will start out part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Hourly Rate

$90-$100 per hour with potential for growth to a salaried position Final offer is based on experience, skillset, and clinical expertise
