As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.
Focus
- Treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments
- Caseload: As the company grows, so does your caseload. You will start out part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

Hourly Rate
