Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop customized treatment plans for children with autism. Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians while providing education and support to families and caregivers.
Requires a Master's degree in ABA or a related field and active BCBA certification. Candidates must have at least one year of experience providing ABA services to children aged 2 to 6 and experience supervising RBTs.

Depending on experience, location, and organizational need, individualized employment packages may include relocation support, sign-on or retention incentives, assistance navigating previous employment-related financial obligations, and contingent offers for future BCBAs preparing to sit for their certification exam.
