  • The aide assists with instructional activities, classroom management, and student supervision while helping to foster the Catholic identity and values of the school community.
  • Job Responsibilities Assist the teacher with daily classroom instruction and learning activities.
  • Support individual students or small groups under the direction of the teacher.
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
  • Supervise students during class activities, transitions, lunch, and recess.
  • Reinforce positive behavior and model the school’s Catholic values.
  • Prepare instructional materials, learning centers, and classroom resources.
  • Assist with clerical and organizational tasks such as copying, sorting, or filing.
  • Participate in required staff meetings, professional development, and trainings.
  • Job Requirements Experience working with children in a school or educational setting preferred.
  • Ability to follow directions and collaborate with teachers and staff.
  • Patience, kindness, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
