About the Role

Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate summer camp activities and programs. Supervise and engage with children during outdoor and indoor activities. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all campers. Encourage social interaction and teamwork among campers. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress. Maintain a clean and organized classroom and activity areas. Assist with daily check-in and check-out procedures. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education or child development preferred. Previous experience working with school-age children in a camp or educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Passion for nurturing and educating children. Availability for the entire summer camp season. Background check required upon hiring.
