Position Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as appropriate
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support a positive and clinically excellent treatment environment
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations Monday through Friday; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
- Prior ABA clinical experience required
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
- Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
