• As our next Lower School Classroom Teacher, you won't just deliver lessons, you'll build a classroom community where curiosity is the norm and every child feels seen.
• Working alongside specialist teachers in a self-contained K–5 setting, you'll guide students through core subjects using rich, research-backed curricula like Reveal Math and Wit & Wisdom, weaving in the differentiated, hands-on learning that makes content stick and makes students want to come back tomorrow.
• This isn't about checking standards off a list.
• It's about knowing the students in front of you, their strengths, their questions, their growing edges, and partnering with families to celebrate every step forward.
• When you write that trimester narrative report, you're not filling out a form.
