Lead Infant Teacher – Early Childhood Classroom

The Learning Experience – Manassas City is seeking a caring Lead Infant Teacher to guide daily routines in our infant classroom. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants develop secure relationships and early communication skills through consistent care and sensory exploration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom consistency Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones Follow Virginia licensing requirements

Qualifications
