JB039 - Part-Time Nanny - Miami Beach, FL

• Overview A warm and busy family of four relocating to Miami in mid to late August is seeking a part-time Nanny to join their household.
• Both parents work remotely and have a full-time nanny in place, making this a collaborative childcare role.
• The part-time nanny will work alongside the full-time nanny to provide approximately 3 to 4 hours of daily childcare coverage for their toddler and infant.
• The family is looking for a long-term fit who genuinely loves working with young children and can grow with the family as their needs evolve.
• 20 hours per week are guaranteed, with flexibility to increase to 30 hours.
• In-person presence at the Miami home is expected the majority of the time.
• Some travel may be required initially to assist with the family’s relocation.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for 2 young children
• Collaborate closely with the full-time nanny on daily routines
• Support age-appropriate activities, play, and development
• Assist with light meal prep for the children
• Help maintain an organized and safe environment for the children
• Occasional travel support with the family as needed

Requirements

• Comfortable round dogs
• CPR and First Aid certified preferred
• Minimum 5 years of professional childcare experience
• Comfortable working collaboratively alongside another nanny
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus given Miami location
• Comfortable with travel
• Strong verifiable references from comparable roles
• Valid US work authorization
• Reliable transportation
• Must be available to start as soon as the right fit is identified
• Based in Miami Beach or a close-in mainland neighborhood (South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Bay Harbor Islands, Edgewater, Wynwood, Design District, or Downtown)
• Own reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and clean driving record Salary and Benefits
