Vocational Educational Specialist - Critical Time Intervention

• Our Vocational Educational Specialist position has a flexible 20 hours per week schedule and is located in Keeseville, NY.
• What you get to do: Develop individualized vocational and educational plans including goals and linkages to support and resources.
• Support youth in identifying and pursuing career goals, training opportunities, and further educational pathways.
• Advocate for the implementation and/or continuation of 504 Plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Requirements

Education: Master’s preferred, Bachelor’s with relevant experience accepted.

Experience

• Experience working with youth with mental health challenges and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Knowledge of educational systems, vocational services, and community resources. Prior experience collaborating with school districts, BOCES, or ACCESS-VR preferred. Develop your skills in an environment rich with training opportunities and career advancement. Employees matter!
