  • Louis.Job Summary The PSR Classroom Aide supports the catechist and Parish School of Religion (PSR) program by assisting with classroom management, student supervision, lesson activities, and creating a positive and faith-filled learning environment.
  • The aide helps ensure students feel welcomed, supported, and engaged during PSR classes and activities.Job Responsibilities Assist the catechist with classroom preparation and instructional activities.
  • Help maintain a safe, respectful, and organized classroom environment.
  • Support student participation and engagement during lessons, prayer, and activities.
  • Assist with attendance, classroom materials, and student supervision.
  • Provide additional support to students who may need help with classroom tasks or activities.
  • Help monitor student behavior and communicate concerns to the catechist or Assistant Director of Faith Formation.
  • Assist during student arrival, dismissal, and transitions between activities as needed.
  • Support parish and diocesan Safe Environment policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a positive Christian role model through words and actions.
  • Attend trainings or meetings as required by the parish.
