Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards and Catholic teachings

Foster a classroom environment rooted in respect, faith, and positive behavior

Integrate Catholic values and faith formation into daily instruction and classroom life

Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners

Collaborate with colleagues, staff, and administration to support school-wide goals

Participate in school liturgies, meetings, professional development, and community events

Maintain accurate records and fulfill all responsibilities associated with the teaching role

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field

Valid state teaching certification

Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church Commitment to the mission and philosophy of Catholic education

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Experience teaching at the elementary level preferred
