• Percentage: NonePosition Summary This position is responsible for providing clinical services to all Day Treatment clients and their families according to program and regulatory guidelines, ensuring that all services are strengths-based, individualized, and comprehensive according to need. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Employees are expected to be awake and alert while working.
• Assess individual and family situations with a focus on school success.
• Identify problem areas, treatment goals, and methods to attain goals leading to improved performance at school.
• Assist school personnel when behavioral situations occur involving students on your caseload.
• Work with the education team and local school district to develop a comprehensive Individual Education Plan and to monitor the ongoing progress of the child and family.
• Provide therapeutic services to children and families using differential modalities.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to develop a comprehensive treatment plan and to monitor the ongoing progress of the child and family.
• Work with referring and collateral agencies and prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
• Record and maintain case records in accordance with agency OMH, DOE, and other state mandates.
• Participate in intake assessments as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Requires a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
