  • KenCrest is seeking a ChildFind Outreach Coordinator who provides outreach, education, and referral support to families residing in transitional housing programs and children attending Philadelphia Early Learning Centers.
  • The ChildFind Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for providing outreach support and education to various family transitional housing programs throughout Philadelphia County (approximately 10 site visits per week) to engage staff and families in accessing Infant/Toddler Early Intervention services.
  • As a ChildFind Outreach Coordinator, you will: Develop and maintain partnerships with transitional housing programs and Early Learning Center Educate families, caregivers, and community partners about Infant/Toddler Early Intervention services Support families through the Early Intervention referral process using required documentation and county procedures Collaborate with team members, Child Find staff, and community agencies as needed Participate in outreach events and community engagement activities Maintain timely and accurate records of outreach activities and referrals Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Early Childhood Education One (1) or more years of experience with young children and families Previous experience in an Early Childhood program and/or Early Intervention preferred Offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth!
