- Deliver competency-based instruction aligned with CHCP curriculum and industry standards
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that support student achievement
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive, ongoing feedback
- Foster a learning-centered classroom environment that encourages participation and success
- Provide weekly feedback and academic guidance, including mid-term evaluations
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
- Participate in faculty meetings, campus initiatives, and institutional projects
- Integrate real-world clinical experience into instruction to enhance learning outcomes
