Job Description

At the direction of the camp director(s), provide instruction, demonstration and teaching the sport’s dynamics to campers. Provide supervision of campers during all activities and free times. Communicates with parents, First Aiders, Director of Sports Medicine, and coaches regarding all sessions, injuries and missed sessions for campers. Abides by NCAA Division III Basketball rules and regulations. Remains “on-call” for student-athletes needs 24/7, nights and weekends. Requires extensive travel and time during the regular season and during the recruiting season. Cooperates and collaborates with other employees in the spirit of teamwork and collegiality and interacts with confidence, patience and integrity to provide professional leadership during emergencies. Complies with all Trinity University policies and guidelines. Performs other duties as required. EDUCATION Required: High School Diploma or GED. EXPERIENCE Required: 1 month to 6 months. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Required: Played or coached a minimum of 1 year. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Skill in providing instruction to a diverse group of individuals.
