Qualifications
Required Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing (or eligible for Arizona licensure) Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP) or ability to obtain prior to employment Valid CPR Current Article 9 Certificate (by the time of hire) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Passion for serving children and families Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth Preferred One or more years of pediatric occupational therapy experience New graduates with pediatric fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply Experience or strong interest in: Early intervention Developmental disabilities Feeding therapy Sensory integration Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred) Arbor Therapy welcomes both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Working Conditions This position requires intermittent standing, walking, kneeling, lifting, and sitting throughout the workday. Therapists work closely with children who may present with developmental, behavioral, sensory, or physical challenges and may occasionally exhibit challenging behaviors.
