- Serves as a primary contact for faculty, staff, union, and students regarding all payroll actions and issues and provides support and guidance.
- Reviews and corrects record changes, payroll actions, employment forms, and payroll registers.
- Approves recruitment actions, requests, and reclassifications; onboards new and rehired faculty, staff, and students.
- Performs data entry and maintains all filing systems.
- Ensures accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
