• Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center Residential Behavioral Health | Adolescent Treatment | Trauma-Informed Care | Arizona Nonprofit Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center (MMYTC) is a nonprofit residential behavioral health treatment center serving adolescents with serious emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. Located in Arizona, we provide structured, trauma-informed, and clinically sophisticated care for youth who require intensive therapeutic support. MMYTC staff routinely treat vulnerable youth who have survived abuse, neglect and exploitation in their communities, which provides a unique opportunity for staff to provide life-saving care. Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed therapists, behavioral health technicians, nurses, case managers, educators, and direct care professionals who work together to create safe, therapeutic environments where youth can stabilize, heal, and build lifelong skills. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to pass a thorough background check, and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required, plus a minimum of two (2) years of combined education and/or relevant experience in human services, behavioral health, social services, or a related field.
