The Athletic Intern supports daily operations of the Athletic Department and provides practice coverage for assigned sports. They also serve as an onsite liaison and provide academic and career counseling to student athletes.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in counseling or athletic administration and knowledge of NCAA Division I rules.

Assist with comprehensive academic and career counseling to support student athletes in identifying and meeting their academic goals leading to graduation and career development.

Bachelor's degree in any field, OR individuals currently enrolled in college completing their undergraduate studies.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills. Basic knowledge in the usage of personal computers, including word processing.

Advanced degree in counseling, education, athletic administration, or related area. Experience tutoring college students or working within an academic advising setting. Knowledge of NCAA Division I rules and regulations.
