The educator is responsible for delivering the play-based N Curriculum and managing daily routines including mealtimes and naptimes. They must carry out observations and assessments for key children while maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment.
Candidates must possess a Level 2 or above Early Years qualification and Paediatric First Aid certification. Experience working in an early years environment and up-to-date safeguarding knowledge are also required.
What you’ll be doing… Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes Create and implement development-focused activity plans Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas Our Early Years Educators should have... Experience working with children in an early years environment Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant) Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh) A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset Confident communicator with a love for customer service
