• About What You’ll Work On: You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to kiddos with autism in their home or at MeBe’s Learning Center You’ll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs that help increase the kiddo's communication, self-help, social and play skills.
• You’ll relay info on your kiddos’ progress to BCBAs to keep them informed and assist with BCBA assessments.
• At the end of each session, you’ll accurately record the kiddo’s progress in our data collection system Central Reach using your work assigned tablet.
• You’ll be responsible for clocking in, submitting your session notes and clocking out to align with strict ABA and Insurance provider regulations.
• You’ll help keep our workplace shipshape, safe, and super organized.
• You’ll help our kiddos with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks and diaper changing.
• You’ll voice questions, issues and concerns to your supervisors as appropriate.
• You’ll help to build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
• You’ll positively contribute to the MeBe Family culture.

Qualifications

Consistent availability from Monday through Friday. Must be at least 18-years-old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. RBT/CBT certification preferred. Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment (MeBe will help you!) Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (without reasonable accommodations) Ability to pass a background check. Ability to work with computers. If residing in San Diego, AZ, or VA, must obtain CPR/BLS certification before working with clients Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent- required. Pay
