Provide one-on-one customized behavior support and life skills instruction to students based on their Individualized Education Plans (IEP). Implement behavior support plans, track progress data, and utilize de-escalation techniques to ensure student and staff safety.
A high school diploma is required, and experience implementing behavioral interventions in an educational setting is preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and responding swiftly to student needs.
