The teacher is responsible for planning and implementing daily lessons using Abeka, Pinnacle, and Pebbles curricula to foster academic and spiritual growth. They must maintain a safe, structured classroom environment and communicate regularly with families regarding student progress.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education and a CDA, TCC, or Associate Degree preferred. Must be able to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.

Mt. Olive Early Learning Center is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic Full-Time Pre-K 3 Teacher to join our dedicated team of early childhood educators. We are looking for an individual who loves working with young children and is committed to providing a Christ-centered, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that prepares children for future academic success.
The Pre-K 3 Teacher is responsible for creating a warm, structured, and stimulating classroom where children can grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically. The ideal candidate will encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning through purposeful play and intentional instruction.
Mt. Olive Early Learning Center utilizes a comprehensive curriculum that includes:
Abeka Curriculum to build early literacy, phonics, handwriting, language, and foundational math skills.
Pinnacle Curriculum to support social-emotional growth, hands-on exploration, and developmental learning through play.
Pebbles Curriculum to integrate Bible lessons, Christian values, character development, and faith-based learning into the classroom experience.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field
CDA, TCC, Associate Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
Knowledge of Georgia Bright from the Start regulations preferred
Experience implementing lesson plans and age-appropriate classroom activities
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Must pass all required background checks and meet state licensing requirements

Encourage language development, social skills, and kindergarten readiness
Observe and assess children's developmental progress
Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and licensing compliance
Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities
Promote Christian values and positive character development
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
