The role involves supervising children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, and managing daily routines including meals and naps. The nanny is also responsible for maintaining a safe environment and communicating progress to parents.
Candidates should have previous babysitting experience and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. CPR/First Aid certification and a clear background check are also required or preferred.
