• 1.
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution 2.
• One of the following: i.
• Speech Language Pathology License as issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology OR – If licensed before 2015; ii.
• Oregon Teaching License with Special Education: Communication Disorders endorsement and American Speech and Hearing Association, Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology, or actively pursuing this Certificate.
