Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans aligned with The Goddard School curriculum for older toddlers Foster each child's social, emotional, cognitive, language and physical development during this critical growth stage Support toddlers through key milestones including language development, independence, potty training and self-regulation Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating classroom environment that meets all health and licensing standards Supervise and mentor Assistant Teachers in the toddler classroom Communicate daily with parents regarding their child's milestones, behavior, progress and daily activities Manage toddler-specific classroom dynamics including transitions, routines and behavior guidance with patience and consistency Maintain accurate developmental records and portfolios for each child Adhere to all health, safety and licensing guidelines What We Offer (Varies By Location)
