1 Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in a center-based environment. Implement individualized behavior plans and collect accurate behavioral data under the guidance of a BCBA.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and TB tests. RBT certification and experience with individuals with disabilities are highly desired but not required.

1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in the center-based environment. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll:
Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill development programs Collect and record behavioral data with accuracy and purpose Communicate respectfully and professionally with caregivers, clients, and your BCBA Support client progress using trauma-assumed care and person-centered practices Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback Maintain confidentiality and uphold safety with every interaction Already trained? If you bring prior experience or have your RBT, you won’t need to redo the 40-hour ABA training.
Starting compensation & benefits

Consistently prioritizes physical, emotional, and environmental safety Implements all programs and behavior plans with accuracy and consistency as designed Adapt in the moment while maintaining clinical integrity Demonstrates dependable, high-quality performance across time, clients, and conditions Demonstrates advanced clinical competence, independence, and contributes to team effectiveness 95% timely and accurate data submission 90%+ session attendance & punctuality Demonstrated client progress (reviewed monthly) Completion of required training & supervision hours WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or GED (degree preferred) Driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance Able to pass DOJ/FBI background check + TB test Preferred Experience:
Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities ABA experience (not required, but a plus!) RBT certification highly desired Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow written plans and document objective session notes Basic math for tracking behavior data Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly valued PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and engage in floor-based play Change diapers as needed Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs occasionally Adequate hearing and vision to monitor clients Willingness to travel locally for in-home/community sessions
