$20 - $30 / HOUR
Plan and deliver structured Mat Pilates sessions focusing on core stability, flexibility, and proper alignment. Act as a brand ambassador by fostering an inclusive community and promoting gym programs and membership perks.
Candidates should have a specialty Mat Pilates certification and a current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred). CPR/AED certification and previous experience in group fitness instruction are also required or highly preferred.

At UFC GYM, we raise the bar of what a "Big Gym" experience should be. We offer our members everything under one roof—from MMA-inspired training and robust cardio to specialized studio classes. We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and high-octane Mat Pilates Instructor to lead our members through results-driven, core-strengthening sessions.
As a Mat Pilates Instructor, you aren't just teaching a class; you’re leading an experience. You will plan and deliver structured, effective sessions that focus on core stability, flexibility, and control. Whether members are looking to improve their athletic performance or recover from intensity, you’ll help them find balance and strength.
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting gym programs, special events, and membership perks. What You Bring
Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and kinesiology as it relates to Pilates.
High physical stamina and a personality that can motivate and command a room.
Clear, effective cueing and excellent interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse membership base.
Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Mat Pilates) is highly preferred. Certifications
