Toddler Teacher – Early Learning Classroom

The Learning Experience – Ramsey is seeking a dependable Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on helping toddlers build communication skills, independence, and confidence through structured routines and engaging classroom activities.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with young learners in a nurturing and consistent early childhood environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily classroom routines for children ages 12–24 months Encourage language development and social interaction through guided activities Assist with transitions including meals, diapering, and rest time Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications

High school diploma required Prior childcare experience preferred Experience working with toddlers a plus Patient, reliable, and team-oriented Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
