The University of Rochester offers a variety of summer sports camps for children from 6 to 18 years old. This position coaches and counsels campers in these sports. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Coaches and counsels campers in the assigned sports. Purchases, monitors, and cleans supplies and inventory to ensure readiness for camps. Compiles feedback and metrics to understand needs and identify future goals. Works with community, instructors, site maintenance, and other groups to ensure quality experiences. Identifies activities, coordinates site and instruction needs, and ensures community programs happen as scheduled. Other duties as assigned.
