Market context

Pennsylvania K-12 teaching roles remain competitive

In Pennsylvania, teacher, co-teacher, and teacher-in-training roles are often shaped by steady demand for educators who can support classroom instruction and family communication. These positions can be competitive because employers may prefer a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Montessori experience, and willingness to pursue NAMC certification. Before applying, review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then prepare examples of parent communication and any Montessori-related experience.
