Bachelor’s degree in Education Teaching certification (preferred but not required depending on experience) Experience teaching elementary-aged students (Grades 1–3 preferred) Strong understanding of or willingness to learn project-based learning methods Commitment to Christian faith-based education and values Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Experience with KWL charts, thematic instruction, or Montessori-inspired practices Ability to integrate arts, STEM, and life skills into daily learning Passion for hands-on, student-centered instruction Team-oriented and adaptable in a growing school environment
