• Every day as an RBT you will: Ensure the safety and supervision of the children Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment Provide interventions to children with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and speech and language disabilities Deescalate and mitigate behaviors using positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) You will be offered: Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52 week year round position) Pay Rate: $24.00- $27.36/hr (based upon experience) An environment that is supportive, educational and clinically focused.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred. Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
