The Lactation Consultant is responsible for coordinating and providing individualized lactation care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This includes assessing, planning, and evaluating breastfeeding outcomes for mother-infant dyads while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
