Job Summary

The High School Teacher - Bible is responsible for providing an engaging and effective learning environment for students. The teacher will plan, implement, and evaluate lessons in their subject area to ensure students achieve academic success and develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The High School Teacher will provide professional instruction to students using biblical principles and a Christian worldview. In addition to delivering content, the teacher will foster student growth, contribute to a positive school culture, and collaborate with staff, parents, and administrators to support student success.

  • Instructional Responsibilities Plan, develop, and deliver lessons based on curriculum standards.
  • Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the needs of students, including differentiated instruction, project-based learning, technology integration, and hands-on activities.

Cooperate and comply with the Hope Christian School administration with implementing all policies, procedures and directives governing the operation of the school. Bachelor’s degree required (Theology, Biblical Studies, Ministry, or related field preferred) and related experience. Master’s degree preferred.
